Agreement

These terms govern your use of the No Nonsense apps published by Billy Rebecchi. Our postal address is available on request. By installing or using an app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.

Purchases and refunds

Some content is unlocked by a one-off in-app purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules and your statutory rights.

Content and accuracy

The apps are independent revision aids. They are not official publications and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any awarding body, including WSET or OCR. We work to keep content accurate but cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that using it will lead to a particular exam result.

Acceptable use

Do not use the apps unlawfully, attempt to disrupt them, or use them to infringe anyone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The apps, their content and their branding belong to Billy Rebecchi or are used with permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the content for an exam or professional decision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
